ZEISS adds measurement accuracy to X-ray microscopy
The miniaturization and integration of components is driving a growing demand for high-resolution metrology. This is particularly the case when access is required to measure part characteristics not attainable with tactile and optical measuring systems. Now with the new ZEISS offering of Metrology Extension (MTX) to its Xradia 620/520 Versa, dimensional measurements can be made with an accuracy that far exceeds the limits of conventional X-ray computed tomography (CT) technology.

ZEISS installs new shopfloor measuring solution for car body inspection

ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions will install ZEISS AICell trace at a premier electric vehicle manufacturer in North America in 2020. The correlation-free measuring cell is the most accurate, shopfloor car body robotic process and quality control system on the market. It achieves ISO 10360-8 stated accuracies while operating in extreme environments and offers the industry's widest temperature operating range.
Metrology at the highest standard
Are you able to fulfill all relevant guidelines for dimensional measurements? Create more trust with your customers (i.e. from the automotive and medical sector) by using the DAkkS calibration, which is now available for ZEISS METROTOM systems. DAkkS is internationally recognized and ensures the metrological traceability to national standards.
Can these tiny particles really stop your production?
Particle contamination can seriously impact your production, even stopping it! Can you risk not knowing the root cause of contamination? Join us for our Innovation Rock digital launch show and webinar on October 21st to learn more.
